Money is important, but certainly not a guarantee in this country for anyone to successfully start a business or invest money in a business. Obviously a lot of money will simply disappear if you are not careful in investing in this country. Do not believe? Please try although I do not recommend it.
Thus, I believe three things must diperhatkan in opening a business or invest in Indonesia.
First, you have a target. Second, you've got a strong team. Third, the story.
About the target, for example, it should be clear how, where and when you want to invest. There is no one single recipe for success in this country. Also must always be prepared Plan A, B, and C.
Next, it is important to have a strong team and have the capacity to carry out the investment. Technology is clearly needed. But, I have reiterated, technology alone is not enough for the success of an investment. So there must be a strong team led by intelligent leaders and brave.
In Indonesia, without a strong leader, to lead the way for a business - would be a challenge. Why? Trust my words, that there are too many distractions in this country.
Working hard & smart crucial & should be like breathing, to be part of everyone's lifestyle. But in reality, Learning and seeing in the beloved nation, where one side there are people working hard for success; but on the other hand no one wants to be successful without working at all, wants a lot, no enthusiasm, lacking the ability anyway-I'm sorry but this is reality. Silly, right?
In this life, there is always a story, The Story; Starting from who we are, what we Already Do, how to plan ahead, your business plan that included a new strategy what we do, financing, back-up plannya, target, partners, synergy and others.
Your business plan should be like the bible to guide, where and how the investment will take place.
